A friend of mine gave me a CD with a few songs of his and told me I would like this.

WELL........ WOW. So I went out and bought the first two. Now just waiting on the third.

But more importantly, WE NEED MARK TO COME TO CALIFORNIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MARK GET YOUR ASS OUT TO THE CENTRAL VALLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Discovered Mark May by listening to "Telephone Road" as a Used CD at a Wherehouse record store.I know what you're thinking, cuz I was thinkin the same thing...." How can it be sold as used? Wouldn't that mean someone listened to it, and didn't want it ???? Impossible! Imagine my disbelief, when a week later, in the same store I found " Call on the Blues"........USED?!?! So if that unfortunate stone deaf (only logical explanation), person is reading this ,THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU, THANK-YOU. Just ordered the new CD, can't wait to hear it.. Or better yet, like my neighbor in central cal,jwmann said in his message," HEY MARK ....GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE HERE TO CALIFORNIA........ WE'LL LEAVE THE LIGHT ON"

Now that the third CD is out I'd have to say Doll Maker. There are many special moments in the previous two CD's but nothing eclipises Place Your Betts in my mind. Makes me want to through my rig in the bay!

How do you decide? I think my favorite must be the one that I'm listening to at the time. They are all so fine.

If I have to make a choice, trapped on a deserted isle with only one CD and all, I would have to choose the Call On The Blues album; but you should add Dollmaker to the list, that would make it even more difficult to decide... trying to figure it out, I would probably have to discuss it with my only friend Nike whose face I painted on a coconut shell (which might explain why it is missing from the Louvre). Problem with polls is that there is rarely a this or that answer to anything. I like each one for different reasons.

All of 'em have their moments but "Dollmaker" is abit better. (I haven't heard the new album)
